Charged in Federal Court?

Most criminal cases are charged in our state circuit courts.  However, the U.S. government is prosecuting people in federal court for more frequently than they used to.  This is particularly true in serious drug prosecutions and cases involving firearms.  Federal sentencing guidelines and penalty enhancements are very strict and require skill to successfully navigate.  Attorney Zachar is admitted to practice in the Western District of Wisconsin and is happy to meet with clients who have received a visit or target letter from federal authorities or have been criminally charged in federal court.
